What are your salary levels?
We follow the collective agreement for the wood / craft sector. This means there are 13 monthly salaries plus severance pay, and the minimum salary is defined. The actual pay depends on your experience, qualifications, and the team structure.
I don't meet all criteria. Should I still apply?
Yes, absolutely. We want to get to know you as a person. Even if you do not meet all the criteria on paper, there is still a good chance that we could be a great match. You need to fit in with us as a person and in terms of character.
How do I get to Sarntal Valley?
The easiest way: take bus 150, only 15 minutes from central Bolzano. Get off at the “Windlahn junction” stop. The bus runs every 30 minutes.
When will I get a response to my application?
We try to get back to you within one week. For production jobs in particular, it may sometimes take a little longer. But you will definitely hear from us!
How does your application process work?
Depending on the job, we use a 3-step model:
- The initial interview
This takes place on-site in the Sarntal Valley or remotely. Please allow around 60–90 minutes.
Your future team lead and the HR department will take part. - The second interview
If we have a good impression, we will invite you to a second interview. At that stage, things may become a bit more role-specific, or we may discuss the contract directly. - The contract
If everything goes well, you will receive a contract from us. You will sign it no later than your first working day — and gladly earlier. Welcome to Team Sarner Holz!
